What to include

Including these details helps us resolve your request faster:
  • Your organization name
  • The service name, and its service ID if a banner on the service page shows one
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • The exact error message, or a screenshot
  • When it happened, with your time zone
Never send passwords, API keys or connection strings with passwords in them. If one has been shared by mistake, rotate the password or revoke the key straight away.

Check these first

Most changes finish within a few minutes. The service page checks for updates every 15 seconds, and you can click Refresh status. If a banner says the change is taking longer than expected, contact support and include the service ID it shows.
Check that the service is Ready, that it is exposed to the internet if you’re connecting from outside SabaothCloud, and that your IP address is on the allowlist. See Networking and connecting.
Your plan may be out of service slots or resources. The create wizard shows what’s left. See Usage and Plans and pricing.
Some actions depend on your role. For example, Viewers can’t change services and only Owners and Admins can manage billing. Hover over a disabled button to see why. See Members and roles.
Deleted services can be restored for 7 days. See Restore a deleted service.
Check your spam folder. You can resend a verification email from Settings > Profile, and request a new reset link from the Forgot password? page.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, email support@sabaothcloud.com with “Security” in the subject line. Include the steps to reproduce it and what an attacker could do. Please don’t disclose it publicly until we’ve responded.
