Open **Billing** in the sidebar. The Billing page showing the plan, next invoice and usage meters The summary shows your plan, its monthly price, the next invoice date and how much of your plan's services and storage you're using. The page has three tabs: **Subscription**, **Invoices** and **Payment Methods**. Owners and Admins can change plans and payment methods. Other members can view billing. ## Subscription The Subscription tab with the current plan, billing period and next invoice estimate The **Subscription** tab shows: * Your current plan and its status * The billing cycle and the start and end of the current period * **Next Invoice Estimate**: the base amount, any projected overages and the estimated total | Status | Meaning | | - | - | | **Active** | The plan is running and billing normally. | | **Paused** | Activation started but never finished, so the plan isn't billing. Click **Resume Subscription** to charge your primary payment method and reactivate it. | | **Suspended** | The plan has been suspended. Contact support. | | **Cancelled** | The plan has ended. | If the organization has no subscription yet, click **Add Subscription** to choose one. ## Change your plan 1. On the **Subscription** tab, click **Change Plan**. 2. Choose a plan under **Available Plans**. 3. Click **Confirm Plan Change**. The Change Plan page listing available plans Changes are prorated for the rest of the current billing cycle. To activate a plan for the first time, you need at least one payment method on file. A paused subscription must be resumed before you can change plans. See [Plans and pricing](/guides/pricing-plans) for what each plan includes. ## Invoices The Invoices tab listing invoices The **Invoices** tab lists every invoice with its number, date, status, currency and total. Click an invoice number to see the full breakdown, including the base amount, line items and any discount. To download an invoice, click the download icon and choose **Download PDF** or **Download CSV**. | Status | Meaning | | - | - | | **Draft** | The invoice is still being prepared. | | **Finalized** | The invoice is issued and awaiting payment. | | **Paid** | The invoice has been paid. | | **Failed** | Payment didn't go through. Check your payment method. | | **Refunded** | The payment was refunded. | ## Payment methods The Payment Methods tab showing a primary card ### Add a payment method 1. On the **Payment Methods** tab, click **Add Payment Method**. 2. Click **Add Card**. You're taken to a secure Paystack page to enter your card details. 3. After the card is confirmed, you return to SabaothCloud and the card appears in the list. The Add Payment Method dialog Paystack makes a small charge to verify the card. SabaothCloud never stores your full card details. ### Set the primary card The **Primary** card is charged first. To change it, click **Set as Primary** on another card. ### Remove a card Click **Remove** on the card and confirm.
